So we were sooo excited to hear that our good friends Rory and Erin decided to get married.....last week....and want to get married....this PAST MONDAY!!!!!! No she is not pregnant. :)
So the day before the big day Michael and I took Rory and Erin under our dressing wings and went vintage suit and dress shopping....
Rory's ceremnoy suit, found at Houndstooth, Versace, went so well with his skin tone.
Erin's ceremony dress, found at my friend Malin's vintage store in Williamsburg (N.6th between Bedford n Driggs). We found her ceremony dress, 3 pairs of shoes and reception dress all for under $500 bucks. And she looked fierce.

His installation in an exam room for HOMEBASE is emotional and heavy. I suggest you go and see it. I cried....
Later yesterday evening we went to a lecture that CREATIVE TIME was having for A.A. Bronson and Nils Norman.Here' mark, A.A.'s partner. We sat with him, James is good friends with them and works with Printed Matter regularly. You gott read A.A.'s interview in Purple Magazine!! It's so great, with Olivier and Dash Snow. Really insightful. Its the one with Diane Von Furstenburg rockin that Margiela hair dress.

So curator Mark Beasley hosted the evening and did a great job. Creative Time will be doing a HUGE installation show at Govener's Island this June 27th. I'm already there. Both A.A. and Nils have works there:

Here is a bag that J. Morrison screen printed for VISUALAIDS.ORG it was thier gift bag and so bad ass. Gets me choked up whenever I see it. So powerful....
Off to the Guggenheim to see Matthew DJ for the Frank Lloyd Wright opening. Then to a Printing Press party for my friend Katie. More on that soon.
